SPLENDOUR IN THE GRASS 

RESPONSIBLE ADULT - MINOR REGISTRATION FORM


All persons aged UNDER 18 (“a minor”) attending Splendour in the Grass (“the Event”) MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult at ALL times whilst at the Event or at the Event Campgrounds.

 

Under NSW liquor laws, a responsible adult is defined as an adult who is:

  • a parent or guardian of the minor
  • the minor's spouse or de facto partner
  • standing in as the parent of the minor for the time being.

 

The responsible adult accompanying any minor/s attending the Event must complete the form below. Before the Event, we’ll email you a document to print and provide to the minor for them to have on them at all times whilst at the Event or Event Campgrounds.

Terms and Conditions

Splendour in the Grass is an all-ages event. 

All minors MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult holding a valid Event or Event Camping Ticket AT ALL TIMES when entering and whilst at the Event and Event Campgrounds.

Any minor not accompanied by a responsible adult holding a valid Event or Event Camping Ticket, will be denied entry into the Event and Event Campgrounds, or removed from the Event and Event Campgrounds. 

Anyone considering being the nominated responsible adult of a minor/s should consider this responsibility very carefully. 

Minors must not engage in any illegal or disruptive activities at any time whilst at the Event or in the Event Campgrounds. This includes underage drinking, use of illicit substances or any disruptive or illegal behaviour. Any breach of these conditions may result in the eviction of the responsible adult and all accompanying minors from the Event and Police prosecution, or fines may apply.

All ticketholders and minors consent to be included in any official photography, filming and sound recording by the Organiser and/or any of its authorised representatives, official partners and contractors (“Organisers partners”) and grant the Organiser’s Partners the right to use such recordings for promotion and other purposes.
